tasks? Zando is currently looking for a Systems Support Administrator with
an
entrepreneurial spirit and a desire to make an impact through improving the
infrastructure for our head office, (CT & JHB) warehouse and distribution
centers. Reporting directly to the CTO, the Systems Support Administrator
will
work with both the IT-Support and Development teams to ensure a dynamic and
robust infrastructure to support Zando.  Aside from the opportunity to work

Role Overview:

    * Manage the setup and maintenance of Windows Server (or alternatives
like Samba)
      infrastructure within all office spaces including CT and JHB
    * Implementation and maintenance of group policies
    * Setup and maintenance of company-wide network file shares
    * Setup and maintenance of print server environment
    * Setup and maintenance of company firewalls
    * Unattended OS installation / Software distribution
    * Implementation of infrastructure for unattended operating system
(Windows,
      Linux, Mac OS) installation and software distribution
    * Management of updates: Software packaging and rollout
    * Management of all hard- and software within all office spaces
    * Management of hard- and software inventory
    * License management
    * Procurement and purchase order process
    * Liaising with 3rd party providers
    * Network maintenance
    * Management of enterprise grade WiFi solution by Ruckus Wireless
    * Maintenance and constant improvement of office network infrastructure
(>100 nodes)
    * Maintenance of office VOIP infrastructure (hosted PBX)


Minimum requirements (Experience and Knowledge):

    * Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience (previous experience
in the
      e-commerce industry would be advantageous)
    * Expert knowledge of Microsoft Windows Desktop and Server, Linux
    * Advanced knowledge of Group policies / ACL management in general
    * Experience in unattended OS and software packaging and installation
    * Excellent project and time management skills
    * Proficiency in programming or scripting languages
    * Relevant certifications in line with systems/and software used at
Zando are
      a plus but not a must


* A valid Green South African ID required.
