[Clug-work] accounts with SQL skills / or vice versa

We are looking for an programmer/accountant (I know these people exist, as they write the accounting packages )
 
to draw income/expense and balance sheets from an existing general ledger using PHP/SQL
 
the use of open source packages would be welcomed, the data sits on postgres and is easy to read.
 
Payment negotiable on a per project basis, experience in the subject matter is an absolute must, as we don't want to re-invent the wheel
but make something work quickly with existing tools and expertise.
