[Clug-work] CSS2/HTML developer needed

[Roland Giesler]

We are in need of someone that knows CSS2 well and who is able to develop
an application over the next 4 to 6 months, a little at time, as the wider
requirements for the system are put in place.  So this is not a full-time
job, but rather something to spend a few days per month on.

The development will probably be done in Python, but this is not fixed yet.
