Required experience:

Linux, Asterisk, networking, traditional and IP telephony knowledge and
experience
Interpersonal skills
Customer facing
Working under pressure
Training/Teaching
Customer Documentation



Optional qualifications: B.Tech, B.Sc (a bonus)
