We are in the process of specing a web application and need someone to build it for us.
Basically it will be a system were information is entered during the coarse of the month and then reports for the month are drawn at the end of the month. It will just be for internal use so aesthetics is not a big concern, however the reports (html or PDF) will go to clients so need to be professional looking.

We will probably engage long term on this as the reports will change and develop on a regular basis.
