[Clug-work] drupal assistance

Hi
I am trying to copy a Drupal 7 site onto a new server/domain. I have a dump
of the database (without clean urls) and a zip of all the web files. I have
copied drupal sites in the past without problem but this one is causing all
sorts of hiccups and I need some freelance help from someone who really
knows Drupal backwards.
