of building yet another CMS to display dry corporate websites?
Fortunately there's an alternative...

Kaluma is part of a new breed of software company. We're a lean,
highly focused team spread between New York and Cape Town, and we
build world-class SaaS software. Customers love our product and our

We believe strongly in hiring excellent people and excellent people
deserve the best tools and resources: mentoring, SSD drives, choice of
platform (OS X, Linux, Windows) and an environment where you'll be
exposed to best practices including Git, Puppet, Amazon EC2, Jenkins,
Selenium, and so on.

If you have a strong understanding of object orientation and possibly
a background in Python, Perl, C++ or Java, let's talk. Knowledge of
SQL (preferably MySQL) is essential. Linux, PHP, Puppet, and JQuery
experience is a plus. The right attitude and ability is more important
than corporate experience. This means we're looking for the person
who's been programming for years in his/her bedroom, and not the
recent graduate who doesn't have a Github account and has never
contributed to an open source project.
