Qualities:
 
 * Strong computer science education (post-graduate degree preferred)
 * Strong software development and system design skills
 * Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
 * Agile, comfortable in just about any development environment with a
   bias towards open source tools and methods
 * Entrepreneurial, self-starting, able to convert ambiguous
   requirements into impressive results
 * Understanding of the hosting, cloud and SaaS space highly desirable
 * Object oriented design and development patterns is a plus
 * Proven participation in a well-known open source project is a plus
