I have come across this site and am requesting your help.  I know that
this site is not aimed at recruiters, however I have an amazing
opportunity for a junior Linux/Opensource enthusiast.  I have been
searching for Junior to mid level Linux administrators, but they are
really scarce.



My client is urgently looking for a graduate or min 1yr working
experience.  What is important, is that if the person has no working
experience, that they are using Linux/Opensource at home, in their spare
time.



I have conducted numerous interviews with Linux candidates, but the
deciding factor up to now is that they are not truly passionate about
Linux/Opensource, to them it will just be a job.
