[Clug-work] Booting Linux in 4.5 Seconds

Hello,
There is a project I'm busy with, I need to Get X up and running in
4.5 seconds, is this possible or will I be waiting my time, its
basically a information system to startup a browser automatically but
I don't want people to know is running Linux or any OS.

Which Distro: Ubuntu, Federa, Suse, or must I compile Linux from
scratch. Is it easy just to turn off things from initrd.
