A Cape Town based IT security solutions company seeks a support  
engineer to assist in maintaining and implementing security solutions.  
Nclose is a dynamic and fast growing organisation and this position

Minimum Requirements
The candidates primary duties, amongst others will be the following:

     * Take responsibility of support calls from begin to end. These  
will not be 1st level calls. You will generally be assisting IT  
administrators. Some support requests may require you to make a visit  
to the client.
     * Adhoc creation and customisation of documentation for clients.
     * Give input and suggest solutions to clients problems.
     * Complete demo installations of various security related  
solutions at clients premises. Assist clients with getting familiar  
with these products.
     * Build relationships with key clients and continue to provide  
them with unparalleled service.

Successfull candidates will meet the following requirements:

     * His/Her own reliable transport with a valid license.
     * Be a South African citizen.
     * Have excellent client facing skills.
     * Have 2-3 years working experience in an IT environment.
     * Have an excellent understanding of Microsoft technologies.
     * Have a good understanding of Linux/BSD OS's and technologies.
     * Have an excellent understanding of IP and other networking  
protocols.
     * Excellent troubleshooting skills.

In addition to the above requirements, the following will be  
beneficial to any candidates.

     * Possessing or studying towards a CISSP or other security  
related qualification.
     * In depth experience with any of our partners products, or our  
partners competitor's products.
     * Work experience in a client facing position.
