Hi,

IF I may put my 2c worth on the counter. In my previous job I used
django/python/mysql/postgresql/etc-combo meal for over 1 1/2 years,
and maybe you would want to add any Pythonites to the list. I knew a
little python when I started and in 3 months were "doing"
django/python in all forms and flavours. Django is like the internet
... it's maklik (I just loooooove the don't repeat yourself
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Don%27t_repeat_yourself principle and
digging into the django source code itself for little changes is NOT
hard (How much python code is hard to read?)) :)

So how about getting a pythonite and training the guy? (Just a
suggestion, we need more skilled workers in SA anyway :) )

Regards

Dirko
