The Free Software Innovation Unit at the University of the Western Cape
is looking for more PHP developers.

I am not overly concerned whether you are a registered PHP Guru or not,
but you should have an understanding of the following:

1. Object Oriented PHP5
2. Semantic Web and RDF
3. Work with subversion
4. Not be scared of developer mailing lists

The rest is up for debate. This is a full time position for someone
looking to start a career in this field, or a freelance part time
position for a more experienced developer.

NOTE: 1 million bonus points will be awarded to anyone that has worked
with the Chisimba PHP5 framework before (http://avoir.uwc.ac.za). 50 000
bonus points to anyone that has read the docs and at least tried to look
at the developer book.

Please mail me a brief letter explaining how and why you would like to
get going on this. No CV's *please*.

Renumeration will be determined against your displayed skill level.
Freelancers should be highly negotiable.

Thanks and good luck!

P.S. This is an exciting project linking national museum databases
semantically, so good exposure for folks just starting out...
