[Clug-work] Install SMTP on intranet server

Hi all,

This is a simple task to set up an SMTP local-only server for an
intranet server.

No POP3/IMAP - just add SMTP capabilities to reliably relay mail to the
ISP's Mail server.

Server OS is Ubuntu Dapper.
