I agree 100%, flexi-hours for example would be worth more than an
extra 10K pm for me, for example. (after tax)
I also think that you are being extremely rude to someone who is
posting an offer for someone here who might be looking for a job. So
what if it's not in line with /your/ standards? Don't apply then.
~20K is not unreasonable in any way either.
Then again, just as I don't really care what you think, I'm sure you
won't care either.
