No one said there's a problem.

Some folk are happy to take the risk of having their developers poached.
Some folk aren't intending to buy houses or raise kids.

None of this is a problem unless it is causing anyone actual discomfort.

Actually, even if it is uncomfortable it doesn't have to be a problem  
unless you have a particular desire to change your situation.
