Technician. BizCall is an innovative VoIP telephony software engineering

Scope of Position: 

This position is responsible for assisting the current team in building,
installing and supporting Asterisk-based VOIP systems. 


Responsibilities: 

* Build, install, and support call Asterisk call centre system and PABX
solutions and interfaces. 

* Address VOIP related issues within existing LAN/WAN and see to their
resolution. 

* Support the Call Centre reporting functionality.
* Assist in the documentation and maintenance of the installation
procedures.



 REQUIREMENTS 

* Solid Linux experience

* Some experience in Asterisk programming

* Some scripting/programming experience.
* Some experience in TDM and VoIP based PBX systems.

Salary Range: R 8,000 - R 15,000 pm
