gifted php developer for the completion of various development phases of
the website.

Work will include improving the current website as well as working on a
number of new project phases.

Overtone is looking to build a working relationship with a developer on
an ongoing basis for web development work both on Overtone itself and on
our client websites.

Overtone is prepared to offer a combination of pay per hour and profit
share depending on the task at hand.
