Once again, we're looking for a Ruby on Rails developer...
 
You have 1-4 years solid experience in web programming using:

*	Ruby on Rails (6 months at least!) 
*	PHP
*	MySQL

With additional experience using at least 2 of:

*	Java/J2EE
*	C# and .Net
*	Linux/Unix and Apache 
*	XML/ Web services 
*	JavaScript/ AJAX 
*	Flash Actionscript
*	MS SQL or PostgreSQL

You've completed a Computer Science degree or equivalent and understand:

*	Design Patterns
*	Agile software development 
*	Web application best practices
*	Browser compatibility

You are happiest using these tools:

*	Eclipse/Radrails
*	Subversion

You have these personal qualities:

*	Positive energy, enthusiasm and "can do" attitude 
*	Effective problem-solver
*	Attention to detail and uncompromising standards
*	Aggressive learner - unreasonable curiosity is part of your
personality
