ValueCard, an open source procurement applications developer is hiring. 
We are looking for a motivated junior PHP developer with a natural 
coding ability to work on TenderSystem (http://www.tendersystem.com).

Formal qualifications:
1. Relevant IT qualification unless you can prove that you don't need it.

Work experience:
1. No formal work experience required but must be familiar with the 
required skills listed below.

Required skills:
1. Excellent coding ability (Preferably PHP but C++ or Java will also be 
considered)
2. MySQL and PostgreSQL experience
3. HTML and CSS knowledge
4. Good understanding of Java script
5. Apache and Linux administration skills will help you get considered
6. Eclipse IDE and SVN knowledge will be a nice to have

Necessary personal attributes:
Love technology, ability to work independently as well as with diversely 
distributed developers, pay attention to detail and finish what was 
started.

Terms of employment:
Permanent employment

Depends on your experience
