[Clug-work] 2nd tier Support for Training Facility / Internet Cafe (Fish Hoek)

A small training facility and internet cafe in Fish Hoek runs 
Ubuntu/Debian with ltsp.  They have a fairly stable setup and the 
trainer is linux-literate and can deal with basic issues.

They need occasional ad-hoc support from a more experienced 
administrator from time to time (2nd tier support).  I would like to 
have at least two people available for this, so that the chances of one 
of them being available on short notice is good.  If you are prepared to
