Senior PHP / MySQL Developer for established web company
Salary R 12,000 – R 14,000 per month plus potential equity options neg.

A talented individual is required to take a senior role at an
established web company, developing and implementing web applications,
managing other members of the team, and being responsible for all
technical issues within the company.

The position will be suited to someone who wants to assist with the
growth and direction of the company and is looking for stability and
potential equity in an exciting firm.

At least 2 years of experience in PHP4/5, MySQL and DHTML plus a
relevant qualification.
OOP (Object-Oriented Programming) and class-based approach essential.
Programming in other modern Object Orientated languages such as Java,
.NET, C++ or C# would be an advantage.
Ability to design and develop complete web applications from scratch,
provide all necessary technical documentation and liaise with clients
and team members.
Have some experience in Apache/Linux administration.
Experience in management or leading a team.
Interest in SEO and Internet marketing, Knowledge of ASP, Content
Management Systems and e-Commerce systems would all be advantages.
