[Clug-work] Junior PHP developer

ValueCard is an open source development company focusing on procurement 
applications. We are looking for a junior PHP developer with a natural 
coding ability and interest to work on TenderSystem (see 
http://www.tendersystem.com).

Formal qualifications required:
1. Relevant IT tertiary qualification unless you can prove that you 
don't need it.

Work experience required:
1. No formal work experience required but must be familiar with the 
required skills listed below.

Skills:
1. Excellent PHP coding ability (C++ or Java will also be considered)
2. MySQL and PostgreSQL experience
3. HTML and CSS knowledge
4. Good understanding of Java script
5. Apache and Linux administration skills
6. Eclipse IDE and CVS experience a nice to have

Necessary personal attributes:
Love of technology, ability to work independently as well as with 
diversely distributed developers, pay attention to detail, finisher and 
honest.

Terms of employment:
Permanent employment

Remuneration:
Dependent on your experience
