Charles Oertel is an individual of the highest personal standing.  I
consider him to be an ethical, honourable and trustworthy man, colleague and
friend. I introduced Charles to the company in question based on his skills
base and experience in technical architecture and development. 

I have resigned from the board of directors of the company in question, in
protest and because of the treatment of Charles and his fellow workers.
