Look, I don't want to sound picky here, but the fact that you personally
run Linux is irrelevant. The fact that this company also runs linux on
it's servers is irrelevant too as far as I can see, because the work in
question is
(a) On a proprietary O/S
(b) Using proprietary software
Where does Linux / FOSS fit in?
If the contractor required *specifically* requires Linux/FOSS skills,
then please state that in your advertisement.

I'm sorry to sound grumpy, but I really believe that people can't just
