Yes, both Ubuntu and Debian have 64bit version available. One thing to
keep in mind though, if you are going to use it as a desktop, it is
quite a mission to get things like openoffice.org installed, as they
only ship a 32 bit version on debian. Ubuntu ships with the 32bit libs
all set up and ready to go, and Oo.o installed by default (with the
desktop version). Other 32bit apps work seamlessly on Ubuntu, but
require some gymnastics on other distros.
