Hi there,

I had the same problem.

Make the X_MOUSE_RESOLUTION less. i.e. 60 or 80. I had the same problem
with an old genius mouse.

Regards
  Chris

Subject: [CLUG-chat] ltsp Serial Mouse not Work!

I have just successfully installed ltsp(3.0) and all other mouse on
terminals work fine i.e ("PS/2", "USB"). I have the following
configuration for my serial mouse on my /opt/ltsp/i386/etc/lts.conf.

[ws001]
        XSERVER            = auto
        X_MOUSE_PROTOCOL    = "Microsoft"
        X_MOUSE_DEVICE      = "/dev/ttyS0"
        X_MOUSE_RESOLUTION  = 400
        X_MOUSE_BUTTONS     = 2
        X_MOUSE_EMULATE3BTN = Y
        X_MODE_0           = 800x600 40 800 840 968 1056 600 601 605 628
+hsync +vsync

X comes up buy mouse wont work. I have tried to tell it to load serial
kernel module. i.e MODULE_06 = serial No luck.

Any ideas.
cheers
jongi
