[Clug-work] PHP developer looking to get into Rails?

Our ads for Rails developers generally meet with empty responses, so
we're taking a different tack...

You're currently a PHP developer, but you're keen to learn Ruby on
Rails, and may even have bought AWDR.

Your experience definitely covers:
- PHP
- MySql

And you'll get extra points for decent experience with any of these:
- Java
- C#/.Net
- Apache
- Web services
- Javascript/AJAX
- MS SQL or PostgreSQL
- Design patterns
- Agile development, especially SCRUM
- Subversion
- Comp Sci degree

If we find a suitable candidate we'll train you up to be a Ruby on Rails
developer, working in our team. 

The position is full time, at our offices in Gardens.
