[CLUG-tech] LILO vs GRUB

Greetings

I should like to hear arguments in favour of GRUB as opposed to LILO and vice 
versa. 

I have been using lilo for years and have no issues with it, but I have often 
seen comments to the effect that GRUB is better. Why?

I am interested in why it is better on a technical level, if it is.
